Remember the Model Citizen tale of Sock Queen Carrie Atkinson as told by Portland-er Nichole Alvarado?  (Company info from the original post below.)

During a quick stop through PDX on the way home from Alaska, I heard a voice calling my name, and it came from a rack of very magical socks – the Super Sassy Sock it to me Brand of socks, to be specific!  (For sale at Powell’s.)

This is all very exciting for me as a native to the Pacific Northwest, Oregon especially, but who doesn’t love a local success story?
